We strongly recommend IMAP so your emails stay seamlessly synchronized across all devices. The outgoing server uses the exact same username and password.

Fair Use Policy

Each mailbox has a sending limit of up to 400 emails per hour.
Mailboxes are designed for regular business correspondence. High-volume marketing campaigns and newsletters must use a dedicated bulk email service.
Creating multiple addresses solely to bypass outbound rate limits is prohibited.
When an individual mailbox is deleted, its stored messages are permanently purged the following day.
If your website’s monthly plan is canceled, email hosting is decommissioned the following day; please export important messages beforehand.

Have a different question?

Why are my emails landing in spam?

Ensure your domain’s SPF and DKIM DNS records match our specifications exactly, and configure a valid DMARC record. Avoid sending duplicate promotional emails to large recipient lists at once.

Why am I not receiving incoming emails?

Verify that your MX records point exclusively to our servers and that no obsolete legacy MX records remain in your DNS. DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate globally.

What should I do if my mailbox is full?

Delete unneeded emails and empty the trash folder, or reallocate unused storage quota from another mailbox. If your organization requires higher total capacity, contact us to upgrade.

How do I reset a forgotten mailbox password?

Message our support team on WhatsApp and we will securely reset it for you. Remember to update the password in all your connected email apps.

Can I access my custom domain email inside Gmail or Outlook?

Yes. Simply add your account as an external IMAP/SMTP mailbox using the server connection settings above.
