It applies to everything you do or publish with Pixel Factory: your account, your PixelMaker site, your store, your mailboxes and your Alianzas listing.
Not allowed
Illegal activities and the sale of prohibited products or services are not allowed. Neither are deception, impersonating another person or brand, phishing, capturing passwords or payment details, malware, hidden cryptomining or links to malicious downloads.
Spam is not allowed either: mass emails or messages to people who did not agree to them. Your campaigns require prior consent and are sent through a bulk email service, not from your Pixel Factory mailboxes: each mailbox is for your business correspondence and sends up to 400 emails per hour.
Infringing copyrights or trademarks is not allowed. For child sexual abuse material there is zero tolerance: it is reported to the authorities. Also not allowed are sexually explicit content, hate content or content that incites violence; attributing healing properties to products or services or selling health, cosmetic or natural products without their sanitary registration; and sweepstakes or raffles without authorization from the relevant authority.
Finally, it is not allowed to collect sensitive data (health, for example) without a legal basis and without informing, to overload or attack the services, to extract data in an automated way without permission, or to give false information in an Alianzas application.
If you have a store
You are the seller: publish your identification details, prices with taxes included and your policies; issue your invoices and assist your customers; and respect the lines of business that the payment processor you collect payments with does not allow.
How we act
We review content before it is published. Whatever the automated review flags is decided by a person, and in the meantime what was already published stays online. If something is non-compliant, we notify you with the reason; if you do not correct it, we suspend the site or the listing and, if it happens again, we close the account. In the event of phishing, malware, child abuse material or an order from an authority, we suspend immediately, without prior notice. When child sexual abuse material is reported, as a precaution, we hide the images of the site until a person reviews it. You can ask for a person to review any decision by writing to abuso@pixelfactory.gt.
