Who operates this site
The legal name and trade name are Pixel Factory. Pixel Factory does not have a premises open to the public: it serves customers online, by phone and by WhatsApp. Tax details appear on each electronic invoice.

For complaints, a person answers by phone or WhatsApp at +502 3007-5046, Monday through Sunday, 6:00 to 20:00 (Guatemala time). For support, write to soporte@pixelfactory.gt; for privacy, to privacidad@pixelfactory.gt; and to report abuse, to abuso@pixelfactory.gt.
Complaints
You can file a complaint by phone, by WhatsApp or by email to soporte@pixelfactory.gt. We will give you a case number, the date we received it and the date we resolved it. Pixel Factory does not have a physical establishment. You always keep your right to go to the Consumer Care and Assistance Directorate (Dirección de Atención y Asistencia al Consumidor, DIACO), under the Consumer and User Protection Act (Ley de Protección al Consumidor y Usuario, Decree 006-2003).
