What renews automatically
Monthly and Monthly VIP renew every month, and Events plans, every week, in advance. PixelMaker renews every month or every year, as you choose. Its add-ons renew every month: Maker AI Pro, because its usage renews every month, and Maker Analytics, Maker eCom and Maker Mail as well. The Alianzas membership renews every year.
PixelMaker free trial
PixelMaker’s Esencial, Negocio and Premium plans, monthly or annual, include a 30-day free trial, which is given only once per person, per business, per email address and per card. To start, you register a card; we do not charge you anything during the trial. Before you start, you see the price with VAT (IVA), the billing frequency and the date of the first charge, and you accept that charge with a separate checkbox. We notify you by email 3 days before the first charge. If you do not cancel, on day 31 we charge the plan you chose, and from then on it renews according to its billing frequency.
You can cancel during the trial from your account, in Billing, with the “Cancel trial” button: no charge is made and your site stays published until the last day of the trial. During the trial you can publish your site with your domain; email and add-ons are activated with the first charge. If you change plans during the trial, the date of the first charge does not change.
If the first charge fails, you have 3 days to update your card; after that, your site is paused without being deleted. You reactivate it by paying, and your data is kept as in a cancellation (see “What happens when you cancel”). If we invite you as a customer, your trial is this same one: you register your card before you sign in.
Beta program
If we invite you as a beta tester, you use at no cost the plan we assigned to you while you have the “Beta tester” label. If your participation has an end date, your invitation says whether you register a card when you start or when it ends. If you register it when you start, you accept with a separate checkbox the charge for your plan from that date; we notify you by email 3 days before the first charge and you can cancel before then at no cost. If you register it when it ends, or if your participation has no end date, when it ends we notify you and you have 3 days to register your card and accept the charge; otherwise, your site is paused without being deleted. If your invitation includes gift days after your first payment, they are added to your credit days when that first installment is confirmed. The full rules are in the Terms of service, section 5.
Credit days
The free days you earn with the referral program, or that Pixel Factory gives you, are deducted from your next charges in proportion to your plan: 30 days are worth one month of your monthly plan, so 7 days deduct 7/30 of that month; on the yearly plan, each day is worth the proportional part of the year. Up to 30 days are deducted per month, and any remaining days carry over to the following charges. The program rules are in the Terms of service, section 5.
Before you pay
You see the price with VAT (IVA), the billing frequency, the date of the first charge and that it renews automatically, and you accept that recurring charge with a separate checkbox.
Add-ons
With a plan that is up to date, you add add-ons from your account, in Products. Before you confirm, you see the price with VAT (IVA), what is charged that day and the date of the next charge, and you accept the recurring charge with a separate checkbox. With a monthly plan, that day you pay the prorated part until your next charge; from then on, the add-on is charged every month together with your plan. With an annual plan, the add-on is a separate monthly subscription: that day you pay its first month, and then it is charged every month on that date, with the same card. If you switch your monthly plan to annual, your add-ons keep being charged every month, separately. Add-ons cannot be added during the free trial: they are activated with the first charge.
If you change Maker Mail to more space, that day you pay the prorated difference; if you change it to less space, the difference is deducted from your next charge. You cannot choose less space than you already use.
You remove an add-on from Products, without calling or writing: it stays active until the end of the paid period and is not charged again. When Maker Mail ends, your email space goes back to the 5 GB included in your plan, so what you keep in your mailboxes must fit in that space. If you cancel your plan, its add-ons are also cancelled.
Maker AI Pro top-ups
With Maker AI Pro you can buy a Q40 or Q200 top-up when your monthly allowance runs out. It is a one-time payment: it does not renew and we never buy it for you. Before paying you see the amount with VAT (IVA) and accept its conditions with a separate checkbox. The top-up is used after the monthly allowance and does not expire as long as your account exists. It is not refunded once used; if you have not used it, you can withdraw within 5 business days of the purchase.
Reminders
For annual plans we notify you by email 7 days before the renewal.
How to cancel
From your account, in Billing, with the “Cancel plan” button, without calling or writing. We confirm the cancellation by email. If you signed up through WhatsApp before having an account, you can also cancel through WhatsApp or by email to soporte@pixelfactory.gt.
What happens when you cancel
If you cancel a paid plan, you keep the service until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again. For the Monthly plan, the domain, hosting and email rules in the Terms of service apply.
When the paid period ends, your PixelMaker site stops being published. During the following 30 days you can export your data or recover your business and your site as they were by signing up for a plan again; payment comes first. After that we delete your business and your site. With Maker Analytics, when the paid period ends we withdraw the Search Console permission, and its metrics and the AI visibility metrics are deleted 30 days later; you can export them before then. The basic visit count stays with your site.
Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw within the 5 business days following the contract, and we refund what you paid if you did not use the service. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom and you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw. If you expressly asked for the service to start earlier, you pay for the part already provided.
Price changes
We notify you at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the next renewal and you can cancel before then without penalty.
If a charge fails
We notify you so that you can update your payment method. Once you update it or add funds to your card, tap “Pay” in Billing so the charge is made at that moment. The suspension rules are in the Terms of service, section 11.
Card charges go through our payment processor, but the one who assists you and is responsible for your subscription is Pixel Factory.
