Your content
The content you publish on PixelMaker or on Alianzas is yours and you are responsible for it. You give us the license needed to host it, display it, adapt it to different screen sizes and review it, only to provide the service to you, for as long as you keep it published.
You represent that you hold the rights to what you publish and that it does not infringe third-party rights or the Acceptable use policy.
Review
We review content before it is published, with automated tools and, when necessary, with a person. The automated tools do not reject anything on their own: whatever they flag is decided by a person. If we reject something, we explain the reason to you and you can request another review.
How to report an infringement
If you believe that a site made with PixelMaker or an Alianzas listing infringes your rights or the law, use the form at https://pixelfactory.page/reportar or write to abuso@pixelfactory.gt with your name and your contact details, the work or the right affected, the exact address of the content, why you believe it infringes, and a statement that you are acting in good faith and that the information is accurate.
We give you a case number, review each notice and inform you of what we decide.
Counter-notice
If we remove your content because of a notice, we inform you and you can respond with your arguments. If the response is valid, we may restore it.
Repeat infringement
We close the accounts that repeatedly infringe.
