Where we use AI
Maker AI, included in all PixelMaker plans, helps you generate and improve your site (sections, pages, text, SEO and translations). Maker AI Pro is a higher-capacity tier that automatically chooses the right tool for each task. Maker Analytics measures whether an AI with web search cites your site with general questions about your industry and your city, without personal data, and writes your monthly report with the aggregated metrics. We also use AI to review the content published on PixelMaker and on Alianzas, to detect abuse.
Who provides it
Maker AI uses a language model run by AI infrastructure providers, which we reach through an AI gateway. We only use providers that, under their agreements with the gateway, do not retain what you send or use it to train models; if none is available, the request is not made. The gateway does not retain the instructions or the responses either.
Maker AI Pro and Maker Analytics use AI through a gateway that requires each provider not to retain what we send it or train on it.
Text about to be published is reviewed by an open safety model run by AI infrastructure providers, which we reach through the same gateway and under the same conditions: they do not retain what is sent or use it to train models. Images and links are reviewed by an automated image and link review service. Only what is about to be published is reviewed.

What data it uses
The instructions you write and the content of your site that you choose to process. Do not enter into the AI sensitive data or personal data of other people that you do not need.
What you should know
You are using an AI tool; we indicate this in the editor. Generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies: review it before publishing it, because what you publish is your responsibility. It is not legal, medical, financial or any other kind of professional advice. In the editor we mark generated content until you edit it or accept it.
Review decisions
The automated review does not reject anything on its own: whatever it flags, or could not review, is reviewed by a person before it is published, and in the meantime what was already published stays online. If a person rejects a piece of content, we explain the reason to you and you can ask for another review by writing to abuso@pixelfactory.gt.
Usage and limits
AI usage is measured per period according to your plan and your add-ons, and you see it as a percentage in your account. We do not charge you beyond your plan.
